B.A. in Political Science from Lyon College


Born and raised in Salt Lake City and a graduate from Brighton High School in 2014, Alex accepted an athletic scholarship to play baseball for Lyon College, where he received his degree in Political Science. Alex played baseball for four years for Lyon College in Arkansas where he met his wife, Judith. During this time, Lyon won two American Midwest Conference championships and went on to play in three Regional Tournaments.

Since graduating, Alex has worked on some of the highest profile and competitive political campaigns in the country including for the Nevada Democratic Party in 2018, Josie Valdez’s campaign for Salt Lake County Council, Senator Cory Booker’s Presidential campaign, Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s Presidential campaign, Devin Thorpe’s campaign for Congress (UT-03), and Evan McMullin’s Senate campaign.

Additionally, Alex has always had a passion for giving back to the community he grew up in. He served as the Youth Program Director for the Salt Lake Gulls Baseball Club and was as an Assistant Baseball Coach for Judge Memorial in their 2021 Region Championship season. Shortly after that, Alex started working in the Main Office at Judge Memorial and took over as head coach of the baseball team for the 2022 spring season.

Alex is always happy to talk to anyone and welcomes all to come by the Main Office. He is looking forward to helping continue success both on and off the field at Judge for the years to come.
