Lauren has lived in Utah nearly her entire life, growing up throughout the Salt Lake Valley with roots in Draper and Park City. She brings over a decade of professional experience across administrative, customer service, training, and IT leadership roles, beginning her career in a large corporate environment at a young age. Prior to joining Judge Memorial, Lauren served as a Corporate Trainer, Executive Assistant, and IT Service Desk Supervisor, where she led teams, managed budgets, designed onboarding programs, and supported department-wide financial planning initiatives.
Lauren joined Judge in 2025 as the Finance Administrator. She was drawn to Judge through strong personal connections to the school community, including her sister-in-law, who is a current student, and the opportunity to step into a role thoughtfully designed with her skill set in mind. Lauren values the collaborative environment at Judge and enjoys contributing to the systems and processes that support students, families, and staff.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking and baking, playing pickleball, and unwinding as a cozy gamer. She and her husband are season ticket holders for Utah Mammoth Hockey and love spending time with their mini long-haired dachshund, Sophie.
