Baccalaureate Mass & Commencement Graduation Ceremony Extra Ticket & Accommodation Request Form 2026

This form will be used to request EXTRA tickets and /or Special Accommodations for the 2026 Baccalaureate Mass at the Cathedral of the Madeleine and the Commencement Graduation Ceremony at Abravanel Hall.

Please only enter the number of ADDITIONAL tickets you are requesting above the (2) Baccalaureate tickets and (10) Commencement tickets that are automatically given to each graduating student in their Graduation Packet during the week of May 11, 2026. "Alert'! Before tickets for both events will be placed in your students Graduation Packet, their Alumni Contact Information Form and Graduation Contract MUST be completed. 

Please understand this is a large graduating class, and we will do our very best to accommodate all requests submitted to the request form, however seats are limited for  Baccalaureate Mass. 

The closing date for request is Friday May 8, 2026. On or shortly after May 8 you will be notified by email of the number of extra tickets you have been granted. If you have any questions, you may email Will Hawes at whawes@jmchs.org
