Second Semester Parent-Teacher Conferences are February 11-12 via Zoom. You will need to sign-up with each of your student’s teachers for a 5-minute meeting. Skyward Family Access for sign-ups will open the afternoon of Monday, Feb. 2 and close at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Wednesday, Feb. 11 — 3:30-5:30pm
Thursday, Feb. 12 — 1:00-5:00pm

This YouTube link is a tutorial on how to sign up for those conferences through the Skyward portal.

Teachers will send out the Zoom invite links prior to the conferences. The following specifics are helpful when scheduling times to visit with your child's teachers: the meetings are only five minutes in length. If you need more time, please set up another time with the teacher. We need to be respectful of the time due to the virtual meeting format. It is recommended you do not schedule the meetings back-to-back. You will leave one meeting and then take steps for the next meeting. Each meeting requires clicking the link provided by that teacher. This may take a few minutes. Plan time wisely. Skyward does allow you to schedule two meetings at one time. If one parent attends each meeting, this will work, otherwise, avoid doing this.
