Connie Gardner brings a rich and diverse background in marketing, development, and community relations to her role at Judge Memorial Catholic. Her career spans development, marketing, and community relations for psychiatric health systems, as well as pharmaceutical sales at Eli Lilly and Company. Driven by a deep commitment to service, Connie co-founded Impact Mental Health (IMH), a non-profit psychiatric clinic that provided essential care to the Salt Lake community for over a decade. As IMH’s Director of Fundraising and Development, she helped ensure that individuals with severe mental illness received high-quality care at no cost — an impact recognized in 2021 when IMH was named Mental Health Charity of the Year by a national psychiatric organization. Early in her career, Connie worked with at-risk students in educational and juvenile justice settings.
Over the years, Connie has served on numerous nonprofit boards and dedicated herself to community fundraising. At JMCHS, she has created the school’s Parish Outreach Team and also supports special projects, including service-related activities. This seamlessly blends her passion for her Catholic faith with her dedication to supporting under-resourced members of the community.
Beyond her professional life, Connie is married and the proud mother of two grown children. She enjoys travel, hiking, boating, and her two active doodles.
